What's Inside

Every ingredient in the formula comes from a long tradition of use in Ayurvedic and herbal wellness practices across India and Asia. Published scientific literature is available for each ingredient — see references below.

Daruhaldi (Berberine)

A yellow-coloured compound found in several plants including Indian Barberry. It has been part of traditional Ayurvedic and Chinese herbal practices for centuries and is one of the most extensively studied plant compounds in published literature. [1, 2]

Milk Thistle (Silymarin)

A flowering herb from the daisy family, native to the Mediterranean region. It has been used in European and Asian herbal traditions for over 2,000 years and has been the subject of numerous published reviews. Included here as a companion ingredient alongside Daruhaldi. [3, 4]

Gudmar (Gymnema Sylvestre)

A climbing shrub native to India. Its leaves have been part of Ayurvedic tradition for centuries and it remains one of the most recognised herbs in Indian wellness culture. It has been the subject of multiple published systematic reviews. [5, 6]

Methi (Fenugreek)

A staple in Indian kitchens and one of the most familiar herbs in daily Indian life. Widely used in home cooking and in traditional wellness practices across the subcontinent. Extensively reviewed in published literature. [7, 8]

Haldi (Curcumin) + Black Pepper (Piperine)

Turmeric needs no introduction in Indian households. It is paired here with black pepper extract, a combination that has been widely studied and documented in published research. [9, 10]

Amla (Indian Gooseberry)

One of the most valued fruits in Ayurvedic tradition. Naturally rich in Vitamin C. A familiar ingredient found in countless Indian households and featured in published botanical reviews. [11]

Tulsi (Holy Basil)

Considered sacred in Indian culture and grown in homes across the country. One of the most widely used herbs in Ayurvedic tradition, with a substantial body of published literature. [12, 13]

Kutki (Picrorhiza kurroa)

A small perennial herb found in the Himalayan region. It has a long history of use in traditional Ayurvedic formulations and has been described in published ethnobotanical literature. [14]
